Diario de Katie_1986, 30 jun. 20

I’m absolutely starving today. I missed my tea last night because my horse got kicked and had to have its leg stapled back together. It was too late to eat when I got home but today I can’t get food off my mind. I had poached eggs and smoked salmon when I woke up, I’ve juiced celery, cucumber, strawberries, pineapple, & spinach and then I had chicken & veg for dinner. I’ve not cracked yet but I could murder a pork pie 😂
I won’t do it but I just need to tell someone as I’m struggling

Roll on tea time!

Thanks guys. The vet is back out tomorrow so I’m hoping for good news. Fingers crossed there’s no bone or tendon damage. I’ll keep you updated xx

God, Katie that sounds pretty traumatic. Glad all seems ok. I'm sure both you and your lovely horse will get through this challenging time, minus the pork pie! 🤣🤣🤣

I can confirm I am definitely pork pie free 😂😂 The vets really pleased with the wound and will be back out Monday to take the staples out. Thanks for your support and kind words guys xx

FatBoySlim20 Find something thetvyou can stuff your face but really low on calories. Salad is boring as hell but it will fill you up and it's very long calories. also I found that kimchi is amazingly low in calories and it tastes great you can make with absolutely anything you want tuna shrimp chicken and the calorie and takers extremely low :)

I will never understand why everyone juices! It kills all the electrolytes and so many vitamins. Eat whole fruit, nuts and veg, it will fill you and you will never gain weight, just a few Wii’s in the wallet dept.

@FBS Salad really doesn’t fill me up but I do try 😂 I get fed up of chewing it too half way through. I do eat it several times a week though @Cam I only juice as there’s no way I could eat celery, cucumber, lemon, grapefruit & ginger individually. It knocks me sick but I can stomach it in a juice with either an orange, blueberries, pineapple or strawberries to take the taste away. I do find myself full off the juice though so I’ll have that instead of a meal. Usually breakfast but sometimes lunch or tea if I’ve eaten properly at breakfast
