We all have those moments and sometimes you need to give into your body's cravings to lose weight over the long term - as long as you don't do it all the time. Stress isn't good for weight loss, but it's part of life, it's going to happen. What I usually do is go ahead and eat some of what I want, even if it means going to McDonalds or Taco Bell (fast food addiction remember?) and eat about half of what I really want, or getting a diet drink instead of the real thing and then go work it off a little later. Don't beat yourself up, just dont' quit!! You're worth the work!
