Looks like I've reached a bit of a plateau at 51kg. Any tips? I'm more or less managing to stay at 1300 cal. Do I just carry on?

Change up your exercise routine, change the foods you eat and drink lots of water. Keep your body guessing all the time, you'll get over the plateau in no time! 😀

Ok, cool! I don't drink a lot so I will amp that up, thank you! Yes, I should probably exercise more although I don't tend to put my current activity in my journal much. Mostly I'm eating some sort of grain or legumes with veg rn, I think I will more or less stick with that. Thank you!

Water is definitely key, I hate water and someone on here told me to drink it, so I did 4l a day and lost 1.5kg on the first two days🤣. Keep drinking!
