I did have a tiny bit of "chicken" with tomatoes and olives cooked down yesterday. My friend who promised dinner said we will reconvene so this time I ate a wee bit in anticipation but this time makes twice with delays. She said to meet her at the house so rather than drive walked her husband and baby were also waiting she was caught in traffic and had no idea what time. I walked back home and changed clothes went back out and ended up walking for nearly 3 hours because of the wonderful weather.My legs seem thinner , but still comfortable in large size only bottoms. Wore a pantsuit that was my usual office attire it fit the same which is great because if it was any tighter it would be a bad sign after all the time being unable to work out.Espresso with a scoop of chocolate It really wasn't a 1/2 cup of ice cream just enough to put into my espresso cup and pour over, so I can have two because it is a demitasse sized spoon.
