Sunday, beautiful cycling weather. Had nice 'missed greens' smoothie before the ride so I have plenty of sugar and carbs for energy. Looking forward to my Salmon steak dinner.. then off to my 'night job/hobby' that is 5 hours of constant low impact work.... Great way to end the week, tomorrow's weigh-in should be interesting. It will be the last weigh-in for the first 1/2 of June...My high weight point was just over 230, would love to see a 30-pound drop... lol. But I will take a full '6' as progress. The energy level is strong, still have lower back tightness, but much much less than at the end of May.
