Baby girl has been having a harder time at night recently. As a result, I am not getting to sleep much and feel like a zombie. :( I may be crazy but sometimes I think she's teething. It almost seems like I can see where teeth are trying to erupt. She's also wanting to nurse a lot and sometimes more colic-y. I don't know if that may be my fault for eating food that might be giving her more gas. At least the past few days she's spit up more frequently and been harder to soothe at night.

I feel kind of guilty because in the morning after breakfast I get so tired because I am maybe getting 1-3 hours of sleep prior to then that I usually fall asleep and wake up around noon. So I am able to get another 3-4 hours of sleep, which I seem to need, but it throws off my day. I am concerned about how to get the rest I need as well as look after my older daughter. Besides, when I end up waking around noon it seems like the day is so much shorter so I have more difficulty being productive. :( I need to turn things around because I know the schedule I need to put in place so that my first daughter can have a successful start to school. The problem is that it is very different to what is happening now. Everything needs to be moved up about 2-4 hours. I have about 3 weeks to do this, otherwise it is going to be really messy and stressful when school starts. :(

While being crazy and suspecting my baby to be teething now are not mutually exclusive, the reason it seems especially odd is the timing. I've heard of teething starting as early as two months old, and teeth usually starting to erupt around 6 months, but my newborn is just now 1 month old.
