Waiting on talking scale it says in back order so will be patient in the meantime, now that it isn't too miserably hot will try running a block alternating walking for an hour tonight but still logged in at least four days of exercise. Making lunch at 1:30 so it will not seem too early no idea what to make went to market nothing leaps out on my plate darn...I finished the course for my license to remain active in field. Not much work to do today so will look at my paperwork for business for a few hours and type out proposals for end of year contract. Aside from that food exercise and diet are on my mind cats are just adorable sleeping peaceful.
