Nothing like eating outside on a beautiful day- would’ve loved to go on a walk or a bike ride afterwards but I’m stuck at home with my busted ankle. Hopefully it heals soon to at least go on bike rides.

Sorry to read about your ankle! We never fully realize how lucky we are to have a functional body- until we get injured. Do you have a stationary bike or wind trainer? I have always used mine when recovery from severe ankle sprains (past competitive runner). It and water jogging really help recovery as the blood can circulate to the injured areas. I feel for you! Hope your ankle heals well- it is a slow process, but you will do it!
