Sorry to read about your ankle! We never fully realize how lucky we are to have a functional body- until we get injured. Do you have a stationary bike or wind trainer? I have always used mine when recovery from severe ankle sprains (past competitive runner). It and water jogging really help recovery as the blood can circulate to the injured areas. I feel for you! Hope your ankle heals well- it is a slow process, but you will do it!
