I'm finally feeling better. I was able to go for my walk today. I learned that if you take two days off you feel a little sore during your walk. But that won't stop me from walking again tonight. I have been doing good since I started tracking what I eat. If I have more calories than I burn, I just exercise a little more. Kids love it, I keep doing their chores when I haven't burned enough calories that day. Husband still doesn't like it when I walk a lone. So I try to work out at home a little to. Need to add areobics to my exercise plan.
