Sigh a few days of log in failures is the main reason for missing input. Ordered scale should be better having a speaking one. Getting back on track with food entry lets see yesterday was a small birthday gathering for my friends mom, homemade cake from scratch had a small piece not beating my self over it but it was was a rare treat and had no desire to go back for seconds.
Taking exercise with heed because still very stiff to try the running again light weights though are helpful.Today begins the food entry best to start with enthusiasm.

Sounds like you've got a plan. It'll get better as your body recovers more just hang in there.

You can do this just be patient and listen to your body. It has never lied to you before.

It feels good to have control again with watching what is eaten I could not make myself exercise this weekend stiff but not complaining.
