Dinner is always a bit of a problem, as hardly any of the products I use, or recepies I know are on the list, so I have real trouble getting a match when I am looking for the food I actually ate, I made my own bolgnaise sauce - but with seitan,(protien) vegan of course, tomato frito, tinned chopped tomatoes, fresh paprika chopped, fresh red onion, fresh garlic, fresch chilli chopped, home grown minced spinach (Iron) and lots of spices, no sugar or salt ( the spices and herbs do the taste thing) But I can find nothing like it online... does any one else have this with thier own cooking?
