Diario de The candy fan, 31 jul. 13

Since being relatively shut in nothing in the low carb dieters world here just staples, so it will be interesting shopping again. The only thing that I can say was indulgent these last months was a few tiny scoops of ice cream the entire container lasted a month with help.
The two of the four medications did not take one had steroids in it I did not use the other was a strong narcotic . My past experience was steroids caused dramatic weight gain and did more harm than good. Looking back it did serious damage to metabolism still struggling from it. Eating low carb meant terrible muscle cramps had to go back to full grain because it was becoming more frequent on top of other problems. I see it is hard to do a low carb if there is injury because for some reason it will collect where there was trauma, which I was warned about.

before this happened I was going a block of running then another block walk alternating for about 1 hour and 45 minutes it was very successful with toning going to try with belt and saran wrap tonight 1/2 block running .

Good luck, but don't push yourself too hard. Make sure you are fully recovered first!

Glad your feeling better, just take it easy getting back on track you don't want to hurt yourself in the process.
