Day 2 of my 30-day Clean Eating plan is underway. Yesterday I did well, despite my hubby's efforts to eat out. He did at least like what I made for dinner, a ginger chicken made with apricot preserves. Yum! Yesterday I indulged in some "retail therapy", persuading my hubby to buy some blueberry plants. I'll be transplanting them today into some nice patio pots. Hopefully I'll get some nice blueberries out of them. They're called Pink Icing blueberries, how could I resist?

Sounds like you're on track! I hope you get lots of blueberries out of those plants. Post updates of them please.
