Keg-a-thon was yesterday....ugh! i consumed WAY to many calories!

There are about 30 teams, each team has 15 people per team. Each team has their own keg and whoever drinks their keg the fastest...wins LOL

LOL ... that's hilarious! Sounds like some great fun for sure. I've got a kegerator at the house that I've learned to go from 6-weeks to about 3 months now. I love my beer but as you can imagine it doesn't work to well with weight loss. Everything in moderation or just work extra hard in order to partake in the good stuff over the weekend. I've also tried to mix in more Red Wine during the week if I want to drink something with my dinner.

I'm not a big beer person..so i'm ok with that. i tend to take shots if i want to drink and chase it with a diet soda. less calories that way lol
