Unbefuckinglievable, I am out having a fantastic walk with a lot of exercises in it and I get out of the way for the security guard, start walking on the grass, and I find the o e fucking pot hole and down I go. I hobbled home and now am soaking in ice water with epsom salts, have taken the Motrin, have my compression ready and hope for the best. My knee also feels a bit twisted. It NEVER fails, each time I. My life I’ve gotten to that point where I am really ready to do this, I hurt myself!🤬🤯🤬

Thanks. I am soaking in epsom ice water in 15 minute intervals and it already feels better. As a clutzy person, I am quite experienced “in the heal”. It isn’t a bad sprain-coulda been a lot worse!
