I´m starting a new healthy life, because I get sick. This is a new challenge to achieve, because I´ve never done a diet or exercise. So, in this new change of myself, I will introduce dinking water (almost 3 lts at day, as the doctor mentioned, some fruits and exercise, and see how is working.
