My husband and son made me breakfast in bed this morning. It was the absolute sweetest thing, but they made WAY too much food. I asked my husband exactly how much he thought I ate? They brought me.. 3 scrambled eggs 2 biscuits 8 slices of bacon 2 tbsp of butter a banana about 20 grapes
I ATE: 1 biscuit w/ 3 pieces bacon (BAD) a banana about 10 grapes
I couldn't just not eat the bacon because he cooked it for me, but the eggs were undercooked for my liking. My husband NEVER cooks. This was the first time he's ever made bacon or baked biscuits. lol He's the best; he tries so hard to make me happy. Anyway, lunch will probably be leftovers from last night: 3/4 naked chicken wrap 8 onion rings
The husband is cooking dinner. He will be making steaks. He asked me what I wanted to go along with the steaks, and I requested salad. So dinner will be: Ribeye steak (about 6 oz as my son and I will split one) Salad w/ light honey mustard dressing
All in all, it'll be a pretty bad day for eating, but I'll survive. It could be lots worse!
