Diario de fluffy e, 27 sep. 08

I ate absolutely terribly today.
I ate:
A banana
A Grand's Frozen Biscuit
A Rice Krispie Treat
2 oz fried fish
1/2 c. green beans
1/2 c. rice
1/2 c. crawfish stew
A thin slice of french bread
An order of fried mushrooms (appetizer) w/ southwest ranch
1/4 of a naked chicken wrap
2 onion rings
5 tsp Nutella
I feel like such a pig. *sigh* I hate having to read it all again, but I must remain honest with myself. I disappointed myself today. Tomorrow must be better. I WILL lose this next 2.5 lbs by Friday's weigh in. That will put me at my 100 lb loss! I can't wait.

At the risk of sounding cheesie.. Keep your eyes on the prize. Don't feel like a pig, 100 lbs, GREAT JOB! That is awesome and I'm inspired.

I agree with stormisummer, 100 lbs loss is so incredible, you have nothing to feel bad about! If it makes you feel better, even with what you ate today it pales in comparison to how far I slipped off the wagon on the same day. Just stay the course, you're on your way to a huge and impressive milestone.

wow -100 lb. This is yr mental/comfort block time. It happens to all of u. Just stop and think smaller weight targets, I changed mine. I was over 22+ st and until I read yr profile, I never realised that i've bout the same as you, so your profile has woken me up to what I now know is my "MENTAL BLOCK" so maybe we can work thru this together. You have helped me already today. I know we will do this

yesterday was yesterday. Today is today. You'll do better today. I'm impressed that you only ate 2 onion rings! That is a feat! You can do it.
