Last night I spent an hour just reading my old journals from here! interesting read so I decided I would put down my thoughts everyday!
Ihave eaten a little more than usual but only two weight watcher puddings (dinner, tea) and then I had a medium banana with treacle (microwave for a minute!) like bannana fritters from the chineese! thats it now no more food as I know that sit for my exercise today ! Im eeling like this is a LIFE STYLE change !
