Sugar down to 168 - still dropping without meds but slowly! I am so trying to stay positive about this whole health thing but it's starting to depress me. Maybe I'm just PMSing??? Weight this morning showed 190 on the scale. Not my weigh in day so I'll wait until Sunday to see if that number holds true. ugh.......
