You look great! Look at that arm definition! Jealous of the XS and workouts! :)

Thank you! That means a lot (with you being all fit and trim!). I really thought I’d have to pass the shirt down to my 11 year old lol. It’s not as flowing as I’d like for the gym but it works :). I prefer my shirts to come below my butt (or close) and to have more movement in them.

Thanks wifey! I normally don’t wear pink because it brings out the pink in my face and then I just look red lol. That’s why the pic was at the beginning of the workout and not the end lol.

Great arm definition! My gym opens in two weeks and I’m definitely nervous to find out what has happened to my deadlifts, squats and pull ups 😓

Thanks guys! Chris, our gym put in new lighting. Not gonna lie, the lighting makes a big difference if you get under one of them just right lol. The problem is they are spaced several feet apart. The upper right pic I was directly under one and the others I wasn’t. I didn’t pay that much attention until I got home to scrutinize them lol. One thing our gym did while closed was install new ‘lights’. They just replaced all the bad bulbs and didn’t actually put in any more lights. Some areas are still pretty dark even with one wall of windows on the North. (There’s a few nooks and crannies where the lights don’t reach well)

Our YMCA locker room is a bit dim too. Rarely use it though. Perhaps they think we would rather not have bright harsh lighting when we are changing clothes. 😝

You look fantastic! I have gym envy for sure... Well looking at the photos, that's not all I envy. 😁 Sorry you were feeling weird. I hope you can find out something simple that is happening and how to resolve the trouble. ❤️

Thanks! I called my dr yesterday about a stress test. Waiting on a call back to see what she thinks. If it’s PoTS then I just have to live with it. But I recently read up on the chemotherapy drugs I took and all three cause heart issues. Would like to rule that out if possible.

Thank you! I’m sure it’s probably nothing bad but I still want to check it out in case. Older generations in my family have heart issues and my mom had 2 heart attacks. The chemo I took can cause heart issues so better to be safe than sorry!

Good thanks. Still got dizzy and stuff during the workout even after having a big protein packed lunch beforehand so it’s not blood sugar. (That’s why I added in half a cinnamon roll for the sugar) It seems to be worse when I’m hot. Things like workouts, yard work, weeding the garden etc. Anything that involves bending over and standing back up. 🤷♀️ I can live with it but I can’t wait to find out what it is for sure.

So basically you need orthostatics testing done and you definitely need to see cardiologist. This has been happening for a long time with you. You’re body definitely reacts to laying down and sitting up and standing. Make sure you get in♥️💜💚

The nurse called and said my dr wants me to get set up with a cardiologist and do an EKG then see where to go from there. A bit scary that she thinks I need a cardiologist unless a PA can’t order an EKC or stress test.
