My waist is up to 40 – larger than it has ever been. I am not very happy with the way I look. Today is day one at the gym. I started a little lighter that usually, so I will not be too sore or burn out. I did about 4-1/2 miles at around 55 minutes. I burned 700 calories. I did two sets of 12 – hanging crunches. I need to focus on drinking much less.
