Today I decided instead of focusing on a weight loss diet, that I would research healthy foods. I googled several websites that list the world's healthiest foods. I found out that microwaving vegetables for a short time is more healthy than steaming or boiling. I found several of my favorite foods on these lists, including frozen blueberries, broccoli, dark chocolate, beets, and some: Healthy Foods you never thought ofI looked at Cooking Light at the check stand in the grocery store today, but instead chose Prevention. Cooking Light was so full of ads I couldn't even find the recipe index. :( Prevention had some very interesting and healthy recipes.
