Oke guys sekarang gue baru tau kalo harus cukupin bmr perhari dengan mkn maksimal 1x sehari karbo di pagi/siang. Sisanya sayur dan protein. Ternyata kalori yg kt kira kecil ternyata gede juga. Di fatsecret pun kadang kalorinya suka ngaco guys... jd lebih waspada lg yaa ngitungnyaa. Semangat !!!
