I'm almost annoyed that I didnt' gain any weight. I ate like crap all weekend and was kind of hoping that a slight gain would teach me not to go overboard on weekends.
However, now that we're in October, I'm focused on my 30th birthday at teh end of the month, and would like to drop a few more before that point. So, focus is my new word!
