I'm back. . . Update: I just ate lunch(soup & sandwich). I put on my walking shoes, got up off my butt and walked briskly for 30 minutes around our business park. I think that is roughly 1.6 miles. I figured, I don't do anything but sit around and do nothing the last 30 minutes of my lunch, so get off your butt and walk!! Still planning to walk 2 miles after work(weather permitting). We'll see how i do!?
