Go back to logging all your food.....every day, every meal. It will make it easier to see exactly what's going on. And, if you're still using the Atkins (or other brands) bars (or candies), give them up for at least a week and see if that helps. The sugar alcohols in them pose problems for some folks. Replace those net carbs with foundation veggies. You can always slowly, carefully, and in GREAT moderation, add the bars back in later once you're moving along nicely. Hang in there....you'll be fine!
