Well I have started to take vitamins its been about a week...today I felt really good, I think those vitamins are starting to kick in and do there job! Only had 600 plus calories, and exercised my butt off, very proud of myself! I have to start drinking my water, I have been keeping a bottle in the fridge at all times, did good yesterday drinking it, did 64oz hmmm I think my brain is telling me to go drink some today before the day is over LOL....So I guess I will go....See u tomorrow!
