Well, I went to the movies with a friend yesterday. Something that I haven't done in quite a while! Ever since we discussed going, I have been craving the popcorn! :P I had a vegetarian lunch so that I could "afford" having the popcorn @ the theater! lol! I thoroughly enjoyed my Diet Coke & medium sized bag of popcorn! I didn't eat it all, but I did eat quite a bit of that bag! (I think my friend ate about 10 pieces!) I recorded it in my food diary, but I have no idea if it is accurate! Sorry, but I didn't have any scales handy to measure the ounces that I ate! It's really the sodium content that worries me! I have been trying to keep my sodium content under 2300mg per day. I am sure that the delicious bag put me over! I could feel the burn of the salt on my lips as I devoured it! :P I drank 4 liters of water yesterday just trying to dilute all that sodium!!!!
Anyway, hopefully that won't ruin my weigh in tomorrow! I am on my 3rd liter of water already today! Flush it out, I say! ;)
