Starting Day 4 with my weight steady at 162. I didn't eat much yesterday. I had my two shakes and then I had two cans of french style green beans. The USANA program wants you to have two snacks plus a bonus snack of a veggie serving and a fruit veggie.

I ate kinda late last night, so I wondered if I would see any change on the scale. I am down 3.5lbs. Sunday I will start SouthBeach. I went out and bought food for the first week. I'm looking forward to it.

I have not taken my measurements yet which I need to do before getting on SouthBeach. I've started as a size 14 in jeans.
