Cut yourself a little slack. You have to start somewhere. Forgive yourself for last night. Accept the lesson you learn. Now, do your best to do better today. If you beat yourself up too much you're not going to make it. Just make the next day a better one, keep trying. Even small improvements will gradually get you to where you're going if you're not in too big of a hurry.
