Diario de Dk1989, 25 sep. 10

well according to the scale it's 189 this morning I really am sooo tired of this staying the same or up one lb then down one I know it's going to be way harder for me to lose as I am 56 but I am not ready to cut any more off my calories each day I mean 1200 is the lowest they say to go and after working on my feet each day all day I am so exhausted the last thing I want to do is work out for another hour each and everyday I just want to get to where the BMI no longer says I'm obese or overweight which is 145 for me and I haven't weighted that since my 20's.... just plain discouraged :(
