It's so hard to get out of the 'Must. Lose. Weight.' mentality. I went after the WW certificate not because I specifically wanted to lose that amount of weight, but more because I just wanted a new mini challenge to aim at. It wasn't my intention, if I achieved it, to maintain it. Until I did it, of course, and then this week put on 1.5lb, and felt disappointed with myself! What am I like?!
