Feel much better, found out I was eating some "iffy" kale. Got a new bicycle so I've been riding almost everyday. It feels great to expend energy on something besides work. Have gotten some Moringa powder. It seems to make me feel better? I dunno?

Just joined this site. Can I tell you kale can be really hard to digest? If you get a bad result again, try switching it out for spinach. I like how varied your diet is. Good nutrition!
