Ok so now I guess I am truly destined to be a whale for the rest of my life. I am so down in the dumps I should tell you all I wanted to do this morning is stop at mcdonalds and get me a mcgriddle BUT I didnt I ate my locarb bar as usual. I go up this morning and gained a couple ounces what is up with that? I am going to try and recod my food journal down to the T if I can. I do not know how to record the MIM tho does anyone know how? I was soo sure I was going to lose a pound this morning but NO LUCK!!! I also need some advice I have an IUD so I do not get a TOM as I use to but I am wondering is it possible to still get the bloating and cramps?? Can anyone give me some insight?

yes, you still get all the symptoms of TOM, so expect the water retention. You are losing weight so celebrate that, we cant go down everyday. I dont eat the MIM, here in hawaii rice is our staple, but friends from my atkins site do record them here, I think there are some discrepencies in the carb count, you have to find the correct one, good luck with that I wish I were down at the weight you are now, I would feel grateful, I gained 100 lbs diteing, eating low cal, low fat, lots of veggies and whole grains, what a nightmare, now I am beginning my journey to get it all off. I know some good like that explain weight fluctuations and stalls if you are interested let me know, and DONT give up
