yes, you still get all the symptoms of TOM, so expect the water retention. You are losing weight so celebrate that, we cant go down everyday. I dont eat the MIM, here in hawaii rice is our staple, but friends from my atkins site do record them here, I think there are some discrepencies in the carb count, you have to find the correct one, good luck with that
I wish I were down at the weight you are now, I would feel grateful, I gained 100 lbs diteing, eating low cal, low fat, lots of veggies and whole grains, what a nightmare, now I am beginning my journey to get it all off. I know some good like that explain weight fluctuations and stalls if you are interested let me know, and DONT give up
