Well it's Monday again. I'm trying a new strategy instead of Slim Fast which is getting expensive I'm going to be eating a sandwich turkey breast on whole wheat for lunch this week and see how that goes. I'm also choosing lowfat popcorn for a snack for extra fiber.
I pray for mine and every one's luck and motivation this week.
