Diario de marinat, 20 sep. 10

I feel off the wagon on friday and sat. and I went over board on my carbs. I am trying so hard to keep my carbs down. If it wasnt for the coffee and creamer with splenda I could probably do better. I am trying to keep it under 30 carbs daiyly. I will my best to curve my intake

I have the same problem with coffee, first I cut down to one cup a day, then I cut my splenda from 4 to 3, now I am down to 2.5 per cup. Use real cream or 1/2 and 1/2 in your coffee, whichever you find has less carbs, and good luck.
