Well I admit today I'm struggling with the isolation, and a little fearful that the Gov. of OK will extend the "shelter in place" order to April 30th. I really don't think I'm going to make it that long, sorry but that's just asking too much! Okay, that's done, now try to shift to positive mode. I am still able to exercise so that's good, and as I've mentioned I'm down a few lbs, so I took this picture this morning. I think my cheeks look a little more pronounced - granted, I've got no "before" photo because clearly I suck at taking selfies, but I can at least be pleased with my progress! Well, time to get back to "WORK" (at home, sort of)....

Our schools our now closed indefinitely and my county has been added to shelter in place. I love your picture. ♥️🙏

Try to get outside even for a little bit on nice days. That tends to help. I know I've talked to some of my neighbors of course keeping at a distance. I would expect in most areas the "shelter in place" restrictions will be extended. I'm really not expecting to get back into our work office until at least sometime in May or later.

You have beautiful cheekbones! Make sure to get some sunshine and practice good self care through all this. I’m an introvert at heart but I am still feeling desperate for adult conversation. I’m home with my kids all day and they have cabin fever big time.

You look fantastic! So sorry you're struggling with the isolation. It gets to me too sometimes, but I try to stay busy and talk to family and friends on the phone regularly. This is very difficult, but the alternative is the suffering and death of many more people. Wishing you peace.

Another Okie! My wife is working from home too and when my trucking week is done we sit oddly around the house. I try to think of ways I can get her out to enjoy some countryside. Getting Out is acceptable in my opinion if done correctly! Find an old road in the country and get lost! I’m thinking of an afternoon picnic this weekend for my wife and I out by some hunting property I know of. Hopefully it will be warm and we will regain some needed sanity in those few hours.
