What is up with $6 Heavy Cream??????? I shop at Kroger where it USED to be $4 Heavy Cream. I come back from NY and see its now $6???? I may have to do the half and half junk now. Im going to check out Sams Club this weekend and see if they are still less than $3.
I feel better this morning. What an aweful funk I was in! Im not giving up though. Sitting here with my daily omelette and coffee with yucky half and half. I am up a pound, but I plan to be unchanged or less by Sunday!!!!!
Oh and I turned 31 today.

Happy Birthday Shannon! Yesterday was a tried and true day for me as well...in fact the past year was more like true grit. I started the Half and Half stuff as well...a pint goes for $2.50 at Walmart and this don't include sales tax in this State.

Happy B-day!!!! I noticed the heavy cream went up at Wal-Mart as well!! It used to be $3.88, now it's almost $5!!! That's crappy, but I bought it anyway and I'm using it SPARINGLY, lol.

Happy Birthday Shannon!!! I agree about the price of food now. It's getting ridiculous if you ask me. It's true, when gas goes up, everything goes up. Don't be too hard on yourself for the extra pound...I'm sure it'll be gone in no time.
