Diario de loosinisfun, 20 sep. 10

goooooooooooooood mornin journal...why is it when i think about workin out the nite before, im all fired up to do it an once i get up the next morning its like ..do we have to...lol...no im up an gettin ready to eat some breakfast...get my protein in me an head out for a morning bike ride...should of went yesterday, instead of riding on the stationary..i could of made it before the rain got here..did a 40 min workout on stationary bike yesterday morning...then after 5pm got bored an went out an did a 30 min stationary bike ride...a change of pace of exercising for a change..todays plan is exercise an then instead of coming back inside an sittin on the computer for 3-4 hours..to get my butt up an do several errands just to get them over with...some of them gotta do things before winter gets here...did some yesterday but didnt get them all done...with the summer comin to a close time to get a head start on em...instead of having to do them when its to cold out to want to get out to do them...well..need to get up an eat...and do a few things before i head out to do a morning ride...enjoy the nice warm day ..suppose to be in the 90s today...wont be alot of those left this season....
