Diario de Jada Petsch, 18 sep. 10

I'm not sure how acurate my exercise is for today. lol We went to the beach and I swam with the baby in her floaty ring. So I wasn't activately swimming. We dug out a little wading pool for her to play in, then chased her all over the beach. :D Also visited my mother-in-law at the shop she works at on the island. Then visited at my Grandmother's house on the way back to my mom's. Just a busy day and I'm sore all over, a little pink and I smell like salt and sunscreen. ^.^ I think I'll indulge in some pizza for dinner tonight too since I've only eaten just under 900 calories for today. Woot! :D Being active makes me less hungry. Funny how things work out. I hope everyone on here has had a good weekend so far! Can't wait to weigh in on Monday at the house!!

Sounds like a great time. We also did alot of beaching this summer. It is great exercise chasing the little one especially in the sand;, great for the legs. Great to see you are really into this dieting journey and making good progress.

Thank you!! ^.^ I did let myself eat a little extra this weekend. But I didn't get over 1700 calories either day. Where in the past I would have eaten much much more when visiting at my moms. The beach was great fun and I was quite tired and sore afterwards with sand all over. lol. But I really do want to lose all the extra weight and find a healthier lifestyle. So back to the gym on Monday, baby nap time willing at least. I really want to go to my yoga-pilates class, but we'll see. ^.^
