I'm really trying to get back on the wagon & get some more weight off. When I give into emotional eating, I just end up feeling worse in the long run. What good is that?!? With God's help, I am going to lose some more weight & feel better emotionally, physically & spiritually. My focus is on more fruits & veggies, and less processed foods. I want to keep my fat intake down & my calorie intake around 1200. I have joined the YMCA & I'm really enjoying working out there. So far it is working! :)
