Diario de loosinisfun, 18 sep. 10

goooooood morning journal...after riding my bike for the last 6 days in a row and doing 42.69 miles...decided my body needed a day to rest...since ive started riding my bike...i really enjoy this sort of exercise...sure like anything there are days you just want to take off an not do it, but once i get out the door an start peddlin down the road, then my body takes over an my mind loses control of saying all the excuses...sure my brain is still active with excuses after the first mile, but as i do the second then my mind goes from negative...to positive you can do this...take this street add more onto your ride...im always lookin ahead at the streets thinkin...should i go that way to add more mileage on...today will be spent driving around..lookin at different roads to add even more mileage on...making my 12 mile route into a 15 mile route...with more hilly roads...keep changing the route...thats whats nice about riding the bike..not all roads are flat...they may look it...but when you start peddlin along an you notice the road is going uphilll and your breathing harder to get to the end of the street...ahhh..what a feeling...well...no rush to get out the door...but need to eat breakfast an make the bed...if i dont go an get back into bed...for just a few more winks...hahahah...have a fantastic day and enjoy the day...tomow its back to a workout...

was sitting here and thinkin...for the most part i eat the same thing each day, and yes from time to time i have ice cream, but the portion sizes i have now compared to what i use to eat no longer make me feel guilty when i have something that i dont normally have...workin the weight off..is being consistent and detemined to keep going at it day in an day out....and keeping the body guessing as to whats in store for it...

also decided since i wasnt gonna exercise today...then be a good day to detox..since i havnt ate anything since 3pm yesterday...so already have 12 hours in...plus a few more...lol..
