Diario de geo99, 17 sep. 10

A little discouraged, but down is down and more of my clothes are too baggy to wear. Hopefully only losing 1 pound is because of all the increased exercise, as each day my legs are like rubber when I get off the elliptical. I have also been doing a little more weight lifting, so maybe have added some muscle as well. Drinking tons of water and am going to push super hard. I am within three pounds of the first one hundred gone and I will not rest until I make it.

You will make it George! It is easy to get discouraged sometimes but you've made amazing strides. When I started REALLY pushing myself with the exercise the same thing happened to me, rubber legs and no movement on the scale. Two things happened, one I was expending alot more calories and actually needed to increase a bit and two the water weight in my legs was INSANE because of the built in resistance us supersizers already have going on. He recommended taking a few days off and going ultra low sodium and seeing how things rectify themselves! Either way bud, you are a superstar and you have this!
