Bates, I understand exactly what you are going through. I have been stalled at 194 since the 14th of August. Just keep doing what you're doing. Eventually your body will finally give up the weight. And although it is frustrating, if you are following your new lifestyle plan and exercising, it wil work. Sometimes it just takes a whole lot of patience. I am hoping that I broke my stall this week. If not, I'll keep on doing what I am doing, following my WOE and doing my exercises until I it does break, because the only other option is to go back to where I was, and I am NEVER going there again! Hang in there girlfriend, we are all right here with ya!
