Diario de batesx83, 17 sep. 10

Ok so now I am believing that I am destined to stay at 218 lbs because all last week I stayed at that. And the weirdest thing is that yesterday and last thursday I was 218.2 and last friday I was 218.4 and guess what today I am 218.4. I am so frustrated. I went home last nigh had dinner which was sausage and onions and jalepenso and tomatoes. I then did my 30 minute zumba workout again NO CHEATING strict lo-carb and guess what 20 or less carbs. I am beginning to think I am doing something wrong but I feel as if I cut down what I am eating I will be starving. What could the problem be? I mean I really busted my butt last night and really broke a sweat. Feeling down in the dumps now

It really does bite when you go thru all that work and the scale shows NADA! But, fortunately, or unfortunately, boring ol' consistency is the key. If you can stay faithful to the kind of meals you've been eating and consistently exercise to some degree, I know you'll see that weight drop. The scale does NOT reflect what we did yesterday (unless we really binged)!!

Bates, I understand exactly what you are going through. I have been stalled at 194 since the 14th of August. Just keep doing what you're doing. Eventually your body will finally give up the weight. And although it is frustrating, if you are following your new lifestyle plan and exercising, it wil work. Sometimes it just takes a whole lot of patience. I am hoping that I broke my stall this week. If not, I'll keep on doing what I am doing, following my WOE and doing my exercises until I it does break, because the only other option is to go back to where I was, and I am NEVER going there again! Hang in there girlfriend, we are all right here with ya!

wow that was a long but very informative blog!
