2 pots (250gr) of yogurt "nature"
2 eggs
30 gr flour of your preference (I took farine de blé t110 semi-complète)
30 gr of you preferred protein
Pinch of salt and sodium bicarbonate
Your preferred sugar replacement (quantity depends on how sweet you want it)
Butter for cooking (better use it, it's easier to cook even on best pans) I used only 6 gr
Mix it in a bowl, let it stay for 15-20 min, then fry.
I made about 350 gr, ate half of it that you see on this photo.
