I haven't been able to eat very much, thanks to a dentist visit. Will hopefully feel better tomorrow. I have to record this just in case I lose a drastic amount of weight this week. I just downloaded Cardio Trainer for my droid and I love it! It tracked the distance I walked, the speed and the calories I burned from today's workout. I also did the Ab Ripper X today, 2nd day this week. I was able to 15 reps of each exercise and 30 reps of the final one.
