Finding it real tough to keep motivated these last few days. My total calories are ok, but I am eating bad food. And I don't want to exercise and I want to complain about everything. I am feeling fat. There, maybe now that I said it all, I can get back on track. Gonna go beat up the elliptical.

LOL welcome to the club. The journey we are on is a rewarding one, but its has some long and rough stretches in it. Maybe you can do what I do and try to find that one thing your doing right (like staying within your caloric limits) and go from there. I too try to stay under my daily calories and eat the right foods but sometimes the wrong food might have to tide us over til we get the right food. In short hang in there I'm sure you're doing better than you think.

I find that if I've been doing bad (not motivated) or not trying as hard as I need too (lazy) that I dread getting on the scale. That is usually the thing that triggers me to get moving again. Knowing that I will really be down on myself if it has started moving back up. So it helps. Or like this morning when my significant other ticked me off.... and I was able to walk away in a huff with out actually huffing and puffing. It definitely gave me a reason to try a little harder to walk faster on my lunchtime session. Just remember we are here to give you a gentle push when you stumble. :)
