I find that if I've been doing bad (not motivated) or not trying as hard as I need too (lazy) that I dread getting on the scale. That is usually the thing that triggers me to get moving again. Knowing that I will really be down on myself if it has started moving back up. So it helps. Or like this morning when my significant other ticked me off.... and I was able to walk away in a huff with out actually huffing and puffing. It definitely gave me a reason to try a little harder to walk faster on my lunchtime session.
Just remember we are here to give you a gentle push when you stumble. :)
