Hit the twenty pounds lost mark today. I am finally starting to tell a little difference in the way my clothes are fitting. I find it interesting that I have only lost around 10 percent of the total amount I would like to lose, yet I can already tell a difference. I'm also not looking as forward to my cheat day as I was, which is also a positive. This amidst a lot of stress at work.
