I've been able to maintain my weight loss and eat some carbs - it is going to be good to get on this challenge. I hardly eat much, and need to eat more salads I think. Losing the weight of over twenty pounds took six months - but it was a total of sixty pounds from my highest weight. It's good to be recommitting to getting back on track on this program again. I've been over 60g of carbs a while, and been steady with the weight (two and a half pounds gained since April) - not bad considering I'm not exercising yet. My back is out of commission - but I hope to join a gym in the next month - I'm one of those still awaiting my stimulus check. I did buy some new jeans in the spring and wore a pair to work Friday night. They would've never fit last year. (I've been wearing mostly shorts lately as it has been summery). :)
